Contact Private Independent Care in Exeter
Would a phone call help?
Ring, leave a message or fill in the form, and I will call you back the same day
If I am mid-visit I will not answer, because the person I am with gets my full attention. Leave a message and I will ring back, always the same day. Or use the form and I will ring you.
What happens next
-
Step 1: You ring, or I ring you
Tell me what is going on. No script. If it is not something I can safely take on, I will say so on that call and point you somewhere useful.
-
Step 2: I come to the house
Free, no obligation, usually within a few days. We talk through what would actually help, and you decide whether I am the right fit.
-
Step 3: It goes in writing
Days, times, tasks and cost, in plain English. Nothing starts until you have read it and are happy with it.
A note on the tick box
The box on the form is unticked on purpose. If I cannot help you, ticking it lets me pass your details to other care providers so they can contact you. If you leave it blank, your details stay with me and are not passed to any other care provider. Either is fine.
If it is urgent
I am not an emergency service. If someone is unwell right now, ring 111. If it is life-threatening, ring 999. If someone is at immediate risk of harm and it is not a medical emergency, Devon County Council's adult safeguarding team can be reached through Care Direct on 0345 155 1007, or 0345 600 0388 out of hours.
